Dave Winfield is a multifaceted leader with a diverse career spanning sports, business, communications, and technology. As the founder and CEO of Winfield & Winfield, Ltd., he provides strategic advice to the players of Major & Minor League Baseball (MLB & MiLB) on their rights, protections, and benefits, while serving as Advisor to the Executive Director of the MLB Players Association.

Winfield currently is a board member for Southport Acquisition Corp. (a SPAC), and also an advisor to Proteus Motion, a leader in 3D fitness technology. He has also held board positions at companies such as Authentify and Network Harmoni, along with various nonprofits.

Winfield’s entrepreneurial ventures include owning numerous Burger King franchises and serving as an executive in the San Diego Padres’ front office after his playing career. His leadership extends to impactful and empowering speaking engagements, where he advocates for a variety of corporations and organizations including American Express, Capital One, and his College Baseball Fundraising Tour.
